In the October 2011 issue of SWAT Magazine, regular contributing author Bob Pilgram wrote an article titled "THE GUN THAT WASN'T THERE".

Pilgram tested 5 of the deepest concealment holsters on the market. The test clearly shows via the chart below that the MIC was the fastest to deploy and fire, which was done in an amazing 1.63 seconds (Pilgram is a Pro shooter), making the MIC holster the smallest and fastest holster tested.

The chart shows the speeds of draw and time to fire the concealed firearm. In the review the MIC requires a cover garment. In reality, with the cord adjusted correct, and correct fitting trousers, the MIC can be carried in the waist without a cover garment.
