SHIPPING will be through USPS First Class Mail. Glocktech uses delivery confirmation through the post office. This does not constitute insurance. It only proves that the holster was delivered or not. Glocktech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the Post Office says your package was delivered to your address, our responsibility ends there.
We do NOT ship to any address that is not listed on your Paypal account. If you make a purchase, then email that your ship address is wrong, your order will be refunded, and you will go to the back of the line when you have to re order your goods with the correct address. Make SURE the address on your account is correct prior to placing your order.
UPDATE: We do not provide tracking number upon shipping. Please do not email us and ask for this unless you have a special situation. When you make your purchase, you will get a receipt from Paypal, that is the only notice that you get from us, unless there is a problem. We do not e-mail each and every person with a e-mail that says "we got your order". Why not? Because we're BUSY MAKING YOUR ORDER...:) Seriously, we get 1200 orders a week, we work 15 hour days 7 days a week. Please do not e mail after 3 days and ask the status of your order, it will get there. We promise. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. UPDATE: At this time holsters will not ship for at least 3 WEEKS, POSSIBLE 4 WEEKS. MIC holsters are selling at an incredible rate and the demand has overtaken the ability to supply them. you holster will ship within 3 TO 4 WEEKS.

Glocktech Videos are in no way teaching videos, our videos are for product demonstration only. Glocktech videos, and the MIC holster are NOT substitutes for proper training and safety. Find a qualified NRA instructor and learn proper handgun technique. The techniques we use in the product demo videos are to showcase how a product works only. We do not use proper trigger safety while doing product demonstrations because we are demonstrating a TRIGGER holster, and the workings of said product.

If you fail to read the information provided, purchase something we don't make (several people do this), or fail to be aware of the wait time and want a refund, we will be glad to refund your order. All customer requested refunds will be refunded for the purchase price less 15% and less shipping cost, as your package and label are created the day your order is placed.
