Terms, Conditions and Warranty
  • All purchases are made via this website.
  • All products are handmade, and may be produced after your purchase.
  • Glocktech ships through the United States Post Office and uses delivery confirmation. We are NOT responsible for replacing lost packages that the Post Office says have been delivered, when there is a delivery confirmation ticket and number showing said package has been delivered.
  • Glocktech only accepts payments through the Paypal shopping cart system. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THIS SHOPPING CART.
 

MIC Holster Warranty

  • Misuse
  • Breakage from incorrect drawing or use.
  • Damage from heat. Kydex is vulnerable to heat. Leaving your MIC holster in a hot car or other hot area will cause your holster to lose it's shape, and it's holding properties.

Shipping Information

SHIPPING will be through USPS First Class Mail. Glocktech uses delivery confirmation through the post office. This does not constitute insurance. It only proves that the holster was delivered or not.  Glocktech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the Post Office says your package was delivered to your address, our responsibility ends there.

NOTE: We do not provide tracking number upon shipping. Please do not email us and ask for this unless at least 10 "business"days have passed, or you have a special situation. When you make your purchase, you will get a recipet fromPaypal, that is the only notice that you get from us, unless there is a problem. We do not e-mail each and every person with a catchy little e- mail that says "we got your order". Why not? Because we're BUSY MAKING YOUR ORDER...:) Seriously, we get 800 orders a week, we work 15 hour days 7 days a week. Please do not e mail after 3 days and ask the status of your order, it will get there. We promise. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. At this time holsters will not ship for at least 8 to 10 business days. MIC holsters are selling at an incredible rate and the demand has overtaken the ability to supply them. you holster will ship within 8 to 10 business days....Thanks, Mitch
